Ramaphosa tells Rwanda ‘firing at SA troops is a declaration of war between Rwanda and South Africa.

As South African soldiers lay lifeless in the conflict-ridden Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), President Cyril Ramaphosa made a stern warning to Rwanda that shooting at South African troops would be a declaration of war.

Rwanda Orders Military to Return to Capital for Security:

The Prime Minister of Rwanda, Dr. Édouard Ngirente, on behalf of President Paul Kagame has announced that all military personnel stationed at border areas must immediately return to the capital. This decision, made on behalf of President Paul Kagame, aims to protect key government institutions, leadership, and national security. Soldiers are instructed to withdraw in an orderly manner, ensuring that all personnel and equipment are properly accounted for.

Ramaphosa Pleaded Kagame for Support: “He did ask for support to ensure the SA force has adequate electricity, food and water, which we shall help communicate".

“President Ramaphosa confirmed to me that M23 did not kill the soldiers from SA, FARDC did,” Kagame said.

Paul Kagame is wondering why Ramaphosa will communicate to him another thing and tell public another thing which he described Ramaphosa as a pretender and lier.
